Hi!
I'm Giovanni, I am 24 year old and I am Italian.
Soo I hope you'll be merciful for my ugly english.
I've starded brewing and cider making some month ago and I found this site is a great source of tips and tricks!
My first batch was cider, the last bottles of it I'm drinking in these days, then I brewed Coopers European lager and now I'm brewing weiss, also from Coopers.
:drunk:
Last but not least I'm a graduate student of chemical engineering, so I like very much technical discussions about yeast's chemistry, fermenters and so on...
I hope we'll be fine together!

AWESOME!!!! I'm sure you can help some of us laymen out with the chem engineering! If you ever need anything let us know! :mug:

Thank you! I believe that brewing is a deeply empirical matter, so everyone has to learn form other's experience!

Hi John, I'm sorry but I can't figure out what do you mean with "neck of the woods"...
but if are you asking me which kind of brewing kits are available here in Italy, this Mr. Malt
is the best homebrewing supplier that I know in my country.

"neck of the woods" = "part of the world"...

Just curious what options you have as homebrewers in your country...
