Having problems with this brew mutons dark caned extract it went threw the 1st fermation and smelled fine but had a ring of yeast up top I brewed it for 2weeks everthing was sanatized I added coffee to it after about 1day.in the 2nd fermentor now it smells like malt vingar with coffee tones taste like it too I toon a hydrom it reads 10.10 and no action seems to be in the fermentor at all im so lost on this one and scared im out 40 bucks any help.???
