Just wanted to write a quick introduction - just put my first ever batch in yesterday (Apfelwein), and already feel addicted without being remotely close to having a sip.
Name is Matt, I'm a lifelong Vermonter but going to school down in Connecticut, which is where I'm building my set-up - despite living in dorms I have a ton of storage space and easy access to boiling areas, so I'm feeling pretty good about the prospect - plus my college has a tradition of brewing, so there's no worries on the enforcement end.
Been a long time since I signed up or posted on a message board for any reason, but I've been an avid lurker here for a while now and since I've got skin in the game, figured it was time to jump in.
