I've just registered and thought it best to introduce myself.
My name's Carl and I'm 32, I work for myself breeding parrots and hand rearing them. We've got 3 kids, all boys and we live in Carlisle in the north of England.
I've just started home brewing using kits, and no doubt I'll end up going to all grain at some point in the future.
I've only ever brewed 2 so far, the first being Tom Caxtons Real Ale which is bottled and nearly ready to drink, and Coopers Lager which i'm hoping to put into a pressure barrel.
Anyhoo, that's me and I'll no doubt be gleaning little snippets of info from you guys soon.
