Hello all you beer hounds

2 things got me interested in HB'ing

I work at a community college in the science prep lab
constantly preparing various substances for different labs
micro biology, bio tech, nano tech, chemistry, general bio, physics etc..

the general bio profs started doing a fermentation lab

seeing all this stuff bubbling and producing a foam at the top got me looking on the internet

with my now past birthday getting close nov 2nd

and a camping trip with some old friends from east texas
(an 8th grade science teacher whom has started brewing her own beer)

I made a coment to SHMBO I would like to do that

after many late nights searching on the web was ready to buy the kit

she told me "you better order what you want or i am just gonna order it for ya and you may not like it"

so I ordered in a Midwest interm brew kit with 2 glass secondaries

wish me best of luck as I enter this house of pain lol
