Hey every one, just wanted to make a thread and say hey!
I have been brewing for 3 years, and am currently in the planning stages of opening Knucklehead Brewing Co.
I currently operate on a 10 gallon RIMS system. I recently have been studying to become a BJCP judge. Took the test once already and failed due to not knowing the Style guidelines well enough, aced the technical portion.
Look forward to talking about beer with some of you guys!
