I lived in Germany and fell in love with this beer. We have made a very good Heffe here but was thinking of making a fruit Heffe. I was thinking of making a White grape Heffe, since both have a mild taste, w-grape and the banana flavors. Has anyone had much luck of fruit Heffe?

Fruit Heffe's are very common, I did an apricot one last summer. Are you going to use an extract added after fermentation?

Yes after fermentation. Need to build the clove/banana taste up first.
