Brewing a hefeweizen was wondering if there should be a certain temp using wyeast 3068 weizen was going to do bout 68 degrees F with a germ wrap n temp control any help will be appreciated
68°f will work just fine. do you prefer balance or banana? it's been my experience that you get more banana above 70°
