Heating and cooling SSBrewtech Cronical

I am kinda considering getting two 7 gallon brewmaster editions. During fall and spring my garage can hit 75 during day and 55 at night so I will need to heat and cool at the same time. I was thinking about having cooling water in my keezer and heating water with aquarium heater and getting a 3/8 stainless y splitter to connect everything. I don't know if this will work though so kinda looking for thoughts. I wouldn't be opposed to heat belts either, but it gets to 40 out there in winter so I don't know if those provide enough heat.

Just get a heat wrap and temperature controller. You'll be fine.
