I read a review of this beer the other day. It included the brewery's description of the beer:
"Dry Hopped with Crystal and Centennial hops - during fermentation for a big, bold, unique taste"

Do they actually mean hops added during active fermentation, or hops are added close to or after terminal gravity has been reached?

I suspect the latter, but wanted to be sure. Thanks:mug:

I have no ideal, but that is one good beer.

I dryhopped during ferm once just to see what it was like. the hops got covered in yeast goo and I didnt get any real big flaver from them.

That's kind of what I thought would happen. The aroma would be dissipated by the CO2.

Anyone else?

It's hard to be too specific about when you add the dry hops in a dozen words. Those words are geared towards Mr. Every Day Craft Beer Drinker, not people like us.
