I was pitching White Labs Irish Ale Yeast into an Oatmeal Stout Yesterday and I guess there was some pressure still built up and half of it went on the floor. . The only other Yeast that I had available was US05. It kicked off this morning. I am just very curious what the end result will be, other than beer of course. If this has happened to you What yeasts did you mix and what was the result?
