Has anyone turned a stainless steel milk pail into a fermentation chamber?

Nice wide mouth, relatively inexpensive, none of the problems of glass or plastic, and more importantly you can probably fit it in your existing fermentation chamber, unlike the conical jobbies.

You'd need to port it obviously, but that's not too much work.

they'd work fine.. there are older olive oil dispensers that would work too, although the name for them eludes me.
