Has anyone expanded a keggle to be taller?

Just curious if anyone has expanded a standard keggle to include another ring to expand stock barrel capacity? Or perhaps cut the top off one and rewelded it to another bottom?

To be Honest with you, I would ask a machine shop that question.

Yes I did. I cut 1/3 off 2 different kegs and welded them back together to create a 20 gal Keggle. Would I do it again? Probably not, It was very difficult and required lots of gas and welding. Someone very skilled could probably do it better but I think you're better off just buying a 20 gal pot. You can see mine in my build thread in my signature if you like.
