Hey guys! i know hard seltzers is pretty much a meme at this point, but has anyone tried back sweetening them with liquid sweeteners (sucralose)? whats a good ball park figure to start with assuming its a 5 gallon batch 6 ABV? and whats the best way to clear em? gelatin? thanks!
