I'm about ready to hard plumb my HLT (with the intension of going through the whole rig over time). I can't seem to find any threads on this, though I'm sure they exist somewhere. Can someone point me in the right direction or make a suggestion on the proper material to do the job?

SS would be the choice material but without a welder I'm not sure how I'd pull that one off. I'm thinking a PVC type material that can handle high temperatures would be the ticket, even though it will look awful on my SS rig. Copper may be another option I guess.

I finally found some 3-way valves!!!

Any pointers on the rest of it or example builds maybe?

Thank you.

I've used copper pipe for a really time. Sweat the joints and use flare fittings to connect to valves, mash tun, kettle etc.
