I have made my first ever hard cider,now I think I put to much sugar in my 5gallon batch but it tastes great a little on the strong side. How long does it keep and should I refrigerate or can I put in my closet and it keep. I used L 1118 yeast and it started working in about 12 hours. I kept it in primary for two weeks and transferred to secondary for two weeks. I want to bottle it and have one bottled up in the cold. Should I wait longer and where should I store it.
