Hey all,
I made a batch of cider a few months ago. Bottled for 1 month and a half.
Over that time it started carbonating. I actually thought it tasted better in the first two weeks of bottling.
Now its not tasting quite the same, or maybe the last two bottles of cider I tried were from the bottom of the secondary and might have had more off flavors....
Is there a peak you can measure when the cider is at its best?
The only way I can describe the taste is its a little bit like musty apples.
But is still tasty and warms you up on a cold day like whiskey, it must be around 10%.
