OK I have been making this version of hard cider for 3 yrs now and , I would like to know if I can still bottle carb without taking up all my fridge space. Ended up with a total of 9 Cs. last year

1) For the juice I use store bought Musselman's Apple Cider (from Wal Mart)
2) Windsor Ale yeast
3) And a mix of Frozen Apple cranberry Juice concentrate and, Apple juice concentrate ( 1 can per gallon with a 2 to 1 ratio Apple juice to Cranberry Apple) Added after 3rd rack right before I bottle
4) Carbonate in bottle for 2 to 4 days then in fridge to stop carbonation
5) Let age from 1 to 3 months in fridge

The cider has a nice Granny smith after taste and is not to dry or sweet friends and family like it and will drink it as fast as I can make it.I just don"t have the space to store it all in the fridge. Want to increase production this year but still want a sparkling Cider, Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you just take it out of the fridge, the yeast will go back and work on the sugars and you will have bottle bombs.

I've never done it, but Pappers has a great thread in the "stickies" of this forum that talks about bottle pasteurizing. That would be perfect for you!

You can read up on bottle pasteurisation in the sticky at the top of this forum, substitute for Step 4.5 where you put it in the fridge to stop carbonation.
