Hello everyone. I finally joined HBT after several years of brewing. Started out extract - moved to brew in bag and upped my game about 3 years ago to a RIMS system with PID controller panel. Still have a lot to learn and that’s what I like most about brewing - besides the homebrew of course . Might look into a local brew club as well because I think I could learn more through other’s experiences.
