Hallo from Wellington NZ.

Hi all, I have been brewing a few times, with varying results

Some really great beer, some not so great. Currently brewing on a G40.

Hello and welcome to the family!

Don't get discouraged by a few bad batches of beer. Everyone has had at least one bad batch or maybe a less than stellar one you wouldn't serve to someone.

I find those "all in one" sytems interesting and if I were starting out I'd consider one. I use a separate mashtun and boil kettle method, not sure what they call that. It's a lot of separate pieces of equipment to have but it works for me. Those other systems weren't around when I started brewing all grain.
