Howdy folks! Long time Pittsburgh lurker who finally decided to set up an account and start posting. I've been quietly gathering info and supplies, and I'm making my first proper five gallon batch of brew tomorrow! Or today, depending on how technical One wishes to be. I'm super excited!

Good luck with it! Just did my first the other day, and it was a blast - literally. Watch for boil-overs - makes a mess all over yinz hahss.

BTW my wife is from Highland Park and Bloomfield, and her whole family is still there. Love that town! I could live the rest of my life on the the Strip.
