Red Wheat (2.3 SRM) 60.9 %
Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) 30.4 %
Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) 8.7 %
Hallertau [4.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min
Bavarian Wheat Yeast (Wyeast Labs #3056
Tap water

Single infusion, 60 minutes @ 152
90 minute boil
Yeast starter with Wheat DME. 2L
Pitch un-aerated, ferment 10 days @ 65, raise to 70 for 3 days, no cold crash. Kegged and primed with [too much] speise. Phenomenal brew. My current old lady says it's best she's ever had
