This is a first for me - I made a wheat beer, the only fermentables in the 5G batch was 6lb of wheat DME and .5lb of carapils. I used Wyeast 1010, no starter. I put it in the primary Saturday night (~8:00PM)
It was bubbling strongly yesterday, I checked it at roughly 10:00PM last night and it was still going storng. I got up this morning and checked it at 8AM to find the whole lid had been shot off onto the floor. I keep everything in my pantry, so nothing should have been able to get into it, but are there any other concerns I should have? This is a first for me.
