Here is the version that I brewed based on the instructions in the book:

6 gallon batch
80% efficiency

SG: 1.065
IBU: 25
Color: 9.8
ABV: 6.5

6lbs Munich II
5.5lbs Pilsner
4oz Caramunich III
2oz Biscuit
2oz Aromatic

.65oz Fuggles @ 60
.65oz Hallertauer Mittelfrueh @ 60

Yeast: ECY15
