Can I assume if I buy spring water at my local grocery store (Fred Meyers) that it does not have chlorine or chloramine?
I usually use tap water treated w campden tabs.
The labels typically say “spring water”

Or should I be safe and use RO water?
 
The old advice of "read the label" still holds. AFAIK any bottled drinking water at the market will either be spring water or "built" water made from micro-filtered municipal water with some mineral additions. Neither of these should have a chlorine addition,
