Does bottle carbing at high temps create an over carbed beer? I ran out of room in my fermentation fridge to put all my bottles to condition, so i put the left overs in a box and the temps prob got upwards of 90 degrees. well the ones that were conditioned at 70 degrees came out pretty flat, but the others are prob borderline bombs. What am i doing wrong?

Temps shouldn't increase the amount of carbonation you get. Either your fermentation wasn't done, you added too much priming sugar, or you've got a bug of some sort.

Temps will effect how much co2 is in the head space of the bottle vs. the actual beer. How long have you let them chill in the fridge before opening? I let mine chill for 24-36 hours if I want to be sure the beer is fully carbed.

well i don't know everything else seems to be the same except i placed these outside the chamber, and now all the others are gone and i'm getting scared to open these. :cross:
