Hi all,
Looking for some help with my Guinness set up at home. I'm using a new nitrogen dual gage regulator that I got from a hardware shop. The reason I'm using a new one is my gas cylinder fell over and busted my old one which actually came from the Guinness company.
Is there any reason it shouldn't work if I have it at the right setting for my home set up?
I put it on and the beer is flying out at a phenomenal speed which it obviously shouldn't be. I'm at 30 psi which on this new regulator is about as low as I can get it.
Any and all hints/tips and recommendations are appreciated. I've already tried a load of different things but I'm looking for advice from people running nitrogen/CO2 mixed gas beers.
Cheers
