Howdy folks,

I found a Guinness keg the other day, and am thinking about converting it to a keggle. Either that or a tank for processing waste veggie oil. The waste veggie oil processing looks a lot like an HLT or an electric keggle. You put in a water heater element and hold the veggie oil up around 180 or so.. Anyway, back to beer.. If I use it for a keggle, will the fact it is only 50L make it too small for 10 gal batches?

Thanks!

Yea, it is 50L. Hmm cool. I thought it would end up being too easy to boil over... I'll likely go for the keggle though if it seems like it will work fine. Would love to do a 10 gallon batch. Twice the pay off for the work! :)
