Hey all, been brewing for about 2 years so still very much a rookie. Anyone here ever brew with some odd ingredients like sage, heather, creeping Charlie, etc? Just saw an article in BYO from awhile back and was curious. I grow my own hops, have a yard full of creeping Charlie and a ton of fresh sage, just looking for some input or ideas.
