New member from Virginia checking in. I brewed my first beer 20 years ago but I've been on a long break. Back at it again. I've brewed in the last few months a couple of Hefeweitzens, a bock, a Belgian, and I'm doing my first all grain (a Märzen) this weekend. This sight has been a great help with improving my technique and equipment. Aerating with O2 and doing starters with liquid yeast have been the most significant improvements to date. Thanks all.
