Hi there.
Homebrewing beer is something I've been curious about for a long time.
I know the principles of the process and have visited industrial brewries in the past.
Although, from the fermentation stage on, homebrewing seemed feasible, producing the malt always spooked me.
I only recently found that malts can be bought ready made and there are numerous varieties.
And by coincidence and much to my surprise, I also found a shop near by selling everything needed for home brewing: hardware, malts, hops, etc.
... and that changes the whole picture...
For now I am trying to (self)learn something about homebrewing so that I won't pay too dearly the cost of inexperience when I dive heads-first on this!
And I guess I'll be turning the the experts' advice every so often.
Good brewings to all and... cheers!
