I have been planning on home brewing for about a year now. Only issue is I live in a small apt with wife until we can afford a house. I have been researching all I can on home brewing and finally got a 1 gallon to try out different recipes. I finally brewed my first batch, a 1 gallon Brewers Best American Brown Ale. It's fermenting now!
