Hello fellow homebrewers, winemakers and enthusiasts. After starting two batches of wine and Getting three batches of beer under my belt, I finally decided to register and join your community. Thanks for all of the help so far; I hope I can be as helpful as you have all been. :) Cheers!

Welcome Ridgerunner,

This is a great resource. Lots of people with a lot of knowledge. Your doing both wine and beer?

Good luck and Happy Brewing...

Thanks for the welcome blitz! Good to have a little experience and feel I have something to actually share. Yes, doing wine and beer; specifically, I have 5 gal of EdWort's Afpelwine bulk aging in the cellar as well as 5 galons of a white cranberry/peach concoction I threw together. Those ought to get me to summertime when I will--hopefully--harvest my first wine grapes. Currently cultivating CabSauv and Malbec here in Bloomington, IN. Cab will likely fruit this season (five years old this year and tried to fruit last year...) Malbec is having a little tougher time but trying.
as for beer, Have a house APA bottle conditioning, as well as what I hope will be a good take on Dogfish's 60 minute, and an english red ale. Will let you know how they turn out.

Long answer to your question :)
