Mostly ales, anything from pale and hoppy to dark and malty. I am a big fan of German beers, Alt, Kolsch, Bock, Doppelbock, Helles, Dunkel, etc. It was the warm fermented lager thread that finally inspired me to sign up. I've brewed Alt and Kolsch but never bothered with a lager as I don't have any temperature controlled fermentation, I just use evaporative cooling ie a wet towel. I brew using BIAB.
