Hey All.. been snooping around for a week or two, and thought I'd jump in.. these forums have already helped me out a few times on getting started...
Currently on my first two virginal batches - one is an Amber Irish Ale, and the other is an "American Pie" Cream Ale.. My neighbor across the street has been doing this a while, so he's mentored me in buying the conicals, the CO2 tanks and kegs and hoses, and I've just gone out and picked up a small chest freezer and temperature controller for it... all in all, I think I'm all set... The Amber will be kegged on Monday and the Cream Ale will be kegged the following Wednesday.... I can almost taste it now!

Anyway, wanted to say Howdy, and I definately think this is one hobby I won't get tired of!
