Hey everyone, my name is Mark and I'm from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I've had a love affair with craft beer for a couple of years, and after visiting many amazing craft breweries in Toronto and atlantic Canada where I grew up, I decided to take the plunge into homebrewing earlier this year. I read How To Brew and The Complete Joy of Homebrewing in full, and then visited by LHBS to get some equipment. My first batch (an APA) is currently in the fermenter and I'm excited to bottle and start batch #2! I'm looking forward to increasing my homebrewing knowledge and making many great batches in the years to come, and I was happy to find such an active community on here and become the newest member!
