Hi, my name is Stuart and I not very tall, in case my nick is too obtuse for anyone.

I am originally from Scotland but now live in Adelaide, Australia, where the 32C heat is keeping me from my mash tun at the moment.

Been all grain brewing for about 18 months now and am happy to report the hobby seems to be thriving in the land down under.
