Hey, How's everyone doing out there? I kinda woke up one day and decided to start homebrewing, while looking for info I came across this site since it had some great recipes for Russian Imperial Stouts (my favorite). I've been taking advise from the forums and figured I should let myself be known and try to give back to those whom I may be able to help.

Hope to be talking to some of you soon. Have a good one... bottoms up!:tank:

Welcome, I would get a RIS going, you may want to drink it toward the end of winter but in the meantime you could do other batches that are ready in a more reasonable patience time.

I have a RIS going that I brewed in February for this coming winter.

Welcome, I'm in the 757 also. There's one homebrew shop in Norfolk which is pretty decent, but they're pricey compared to some places online. It's a good drive from me in Va beach, so I ussually order from AHS. Anyways, welcome to the obbsession. Have fun...
