Hello to everyone - I am an avid beer consumer about to take the plunge into home brewing. I'm sure I will have a multitude of questions and seek much guidance from those of you who have the knowledge I desire. I am preparing to boil my first batch of wort tomorrow - I have a Cooper's Wheat extract kit and what I think is a complete set-up to begin the journey. I am supplementing the kit with 2 lbs of bulk wheat extract and have read the Palmer book online extensively in an attempt to have my first foray be something that is at least digestable and and with any luck actually taste good. any general tips or guidance in this first venture would be welcome and appreciated.
