New to the forum, but not a total brewing noob...just close to a total brewing noob.
I originally started brewing in 1998, and stopped after I moved and found out I couldn't drink anymore. Now however I have discovered that I can drink again. I have a little experience with beer and mead, but am looking to educate myself and start brewing ciders and meads again.
This place rocks, and I am glad I found it.
