Hello all.

I just wanted to thank everyone for all the good discussion...this forum is by far the best tool for easing a novice brewer's anxieties.

At the moment I am currently two weeks into conditioning my first batch: a partial mash red tail clone (1-2-3)...and am going to rack my second batch, an English IPA into my first secondary this afternoon.

Seriously, I'm obsessed.
