Hello, Im Michael a former Brit now living in PA.
My father and I brewed beer using the extract kits, now i have started my own home brewery using the all grain system, I have a mash tun ordered as it seems easier than it was on my first brew (which is in the fermenter now)
I have been reading this forum a lot this weekend and there is a lot of good information on here.
