Hello all - We just bought a used kit with two 5gal carboys and two 5gal pails and measuring equip. We live in a smallish apt, so this will be a bit of a challenge, but our love for beer makes us determined.

Now off to post my first question !

Welcome to the forum! What size of pot are you going to go with? If you are going to be using the stove, go with the largest pot you can reasonably fit on the stove. The larger your boil volume the better your beer will turn out generally. Good luck and have fun!

Welcome to the hobby, and the group, from CO :mug:

Sometimes this time of year you can get turkey fryers cheap, great for a 5G batch brewed outdoors.
