I started brewing when I was in college in the early 90s. I learned enough from the old USENET group rec.crafts.brewing (pre-web) to get a basic kit and make a few extract batches. I always wanted to get back into it, so my wife recently got me a kit for my birthday. I have one batch carbonating in bottles and the second is happily bubbling away in the carboy. Happy to be back to the world of brewing!
