Hi, I googled and found this forum after I had a problem with my airlock on my latest batch, which I posted about in the Sanitation forum...
I've been drinking craft beer since I turned 21 (I'll turn 23 in December) and have been homebrewing since May. My first batch was a English Brown Ale and the second, a few months later, was a Dortmunder. This third one that I'm having the minor issue with is called "Dithyrambic Roasted Brown Ale." It's a bit heavier, having some ingredients in common with a stout.
