Brewed a few batches with Mr. Beer that turned out alright. Almost too mindless and easy, though. Just did my first 5 gallon extract batch today. Everything went great, surprisingly. I've been scanning these forums for a long time now and picked up a lot of great info from you awesome people, so thanks!:) Just hoping this batch turns out fine and can't wait to move to all grain at some point in the (probably near) future.
