I have been following this forum for a few months and learned alot. On the advice/thread info here, I've begun my own electric build based on 2 PID's, 2 25a SSR's and 2 4500w elemen ts and a PWM variable temp controller. Up until this point, I've only done kit/malt extract beer and kit wine, both carbonated in a kegerator setup.
My brewing setup will be a steam injection mashing rig like yuri rage had on some of his utube vids, only difference will be it'll be a open atmosphere rig, not pressurized.
I'll be following the threads here related to electric brewing closely, and as far as panel design goes, the electric brewery.com is very inspiring, and will likely be a tremplate for mine.
