Howdy all. A transplanted Yankee here in Houston via 26 years in the Army. Been here in H town since '01. Currently enjoying making meads and wines. I brewed many a beer in my day but have not brewed any for years. Sold all my beer making stuff to a good friend but held on to the carboys and other equipment in order to make wines and meads. Currently making a snowberry honey mead and looking forward to making a mead using some blackberry honey soon. Hope to learn some new tricks while stalking your posts. Cheers! Mike
