Afternoon everyone! I'm Mitch S. from Hickory Creek, TX (North Texas to make it easier). I started brewing in 2012. Due to my previous employer moving me around the US, my career as a homebrewer has spurted. I've been brewing kits, recently going from 5 gallon to 1 gallon since I consider myself a newbie still. Currently, I have a 1 gallon batch of Christmas Ale fermenting and I'm about to brew another Christmas ale right behind it. Look forward to expanding my knowledge base here!
