Hello Brew Masters!
This is a hobby i finally want to get into. I experienced the brewing process about more then 6 yrs ago, but mostly assisted in transferring and sanitizing without paying too much attention to the science. Now I want to be a brew master and looking fwd in learning from all you folks.
BBQ is a hobby of mine. Im certainly not bored of it, but I just want to compliment my own beer and make it all complete.
I am currently back in school to finish my degree, and 1 of my classes(Plants, Places, and People) is a non-tech biology course and this past lesson covered fungi and had a brief section on beer brewing. Coupled with a bit of a past experience, I am determined to use my basement space for the art of brewing.
I prefer dark, rich, hoppy-flavored brews and am determined to do it in my home.
I assume this kind of kit is what will produce the most success? Thanx all!

That's looks like a good beginner kit, but look around for prices. Do a seach on mail order...there's a couple of posts already on the subject.

If possible, see if you can trade in the canned kit for DME and opt for liquid yeast over dry.;)
